So, I just picked up this gorgeous flatbed scanner in a garage sale, and I had to test it out with SOMETHING, so I went digging through my old sketchbook and came out with the big guy to the left there.

I stated earlier that I'm not really an artist. Well, maybe a lapsed artist who hasn't drawn anything for years would be more accurate. Further, a lapsed artist who, now that he has a scanner to play with, might be brushing off the pencils and giving it another go. Either way, I'm still very much a beginner, mainly at the "draw what you see" stage. I guess we'll see how far I go from there.

I doubt I'll be very prolific here, and the main attraction will continue to be my "Display Gallery" of Favorites, but something new might still pop up every now and then.

As before, to any artists reading this, thanks again for the consideration of coming to see who was appreciating your art, or at least for your curiosity, and, whether or not I say so directly, thank you very much for sharing your outstanding work! You're all incredibly talented and should go far.
